It is amazing how Jews appease their enemies. We offer our enemies a platform to spread their anti-Jewish and anti-Israel bias. I am surprised that Yeshiva University did not invite Roger Waters and Mahmoud Ahmadinejad to present them with the same award as President Carter.

Your decision is both intolerable and scandalous. At a time when anti-Semitism and anti-Israel feelings are surging on College campuses and around the world, you are doing nothing to fight it. In fact, you are doing just the opposite.

    Shame on Yeshiva University.

      Well said thank you.

Shame on Cardoza is right! This is truly an abomination.

The self-hating sycophants at Cardozo remind me of the the quote attributed to Phillip Sheridan. “Me good Jew!”, says Cardozo to our enemies.

You should be ashamed for casting aspersions on President Carter, the only US president to have brokered a peace deal in the Middle East (remember the Camp David accords between Israel and Egypt?), which brought a period of relative calm to the region for the subsequent 15 years. He needn’t have bothered but he chose to make it a priority. Poor thanks indeed.

It was Carter who sold his friend the Shah of Iran under the bus and helped to put the current monsters in power in Iran! If you forget all of his other disastrous actions including his outright hatred for Jews and Israel, setting the wheels in motion for a potential nuclear war with Iran is surely his biggest mistake and marks him with the unique designation as the # 1 western leader who wants war – not peace. My late cousin, Meyer Gasner, a prominent philanthropist who donated much to Yeshiva University is certainly rolling over in his grave!
Cardoza, for G-d’s sake, what are you doing?

…That you don’t see President Carter’s intent, suggests that you are inhaling too many Revelations. Blessed be the Peacemaker, and Mr. Carter will go down in history as one of the United states best presidents.
“Human beings are like parts of the body,
    made of the same essence.
When one part is hurting and in pain
the others cannot remain in peace.
If the misery of others leaves you indifferent
and with no feelings of sorrow
then you cannot be called a human being.”
